Vista Users: When opening Photoshop CS4, right click and select "Run as Administrator"

NEWS:

If you have the program GamerOSD, you must uninstall it, reboot computer, then run Photoshop. If i find any other programs/problems that wont allow certain comps to run Photoshop, Ill post it here.
